
The NSS unit of the college celebrated International Yoga Day with full enthusiasm and awareness, promoting the theme of holistic health and well-being. The event commenced with the guided practice of various yoga asanas conducted by a skilled yoga instructor, who also shared insightful details about the physical, mental, and spiritual benefits of yoga. His inspiring words deeply motivated the participating students and volunteers.
College Principal Dr. Alok Kumar Sharma, in his motivational address, emphasized the importance of incorporating yoga into daily life. He highlighted how yoga not only promotes physical fitness but also nurtures mental peace and emotional stability.
More than 90 students enthusiastically participated in the program, making it a grand success. The event concluded with a pledge by all participants to practice yoga regularly and embrace it as a way of life.
